What is NS3 MDCSR Spinal wellness program™?
NS3 (MDCSR) is a Spinal wellness program that uses FDA cleared medical technology that gently stretches the spine and decompresses the discs. This therapy is offered along with an array of other treatment programs in combination that can help restoring the spine health and improve posture and function. It is programmed for the treatment of lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica, and few other spinal related conditions. NS3 MDCSR integrates modern technologies and holistic approaches with modern healthcare.
How does it work?
The therapy applies computer-controlled pulling forces at precisely measured angles to gently distract (draw apart) targeted spinal segments. Spinal Decompression distracting vertebral joints relieves pressure on the disc and any pinched nerves (a cause of sciatic pain) whilst promoting the movement and absorption of fluids and nutrients in the disc space. These fluids and nutrients are essential for disc health. Whilst distracting the vertebrae the treatment also works on tight or stiff muscles and ligaments, helping to get more movement into the joints. The body has a natural maintenance and healing mechanism. By progressively improving the mobility in a joint, these mechanisms can operate more effectively and help to relieve pain. Warming the muscles and ligaments helps to make them more flexible and this allows a deeper and more comfortable distraction on the machine. Along with decompression and mobilization, we also focus on core muscle strengthening, postural correction and slowing the down degenerative process. We use various combinational tools including electro therapies, supplements and exercise therapy to combat the back pain and to restore the spinal wellness. We try to minimize the use of chemical-based drugs, injections, other invasive procedures and surgery as much as possible, instead we try to reverse the disease by stimulation body’s self-repairing mechanism and providing natural supplements.
Who is suitable for the NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program?
It is suitable for any patients suffering with unresolved back pain, neck pain, leg pain (sciatica) or arm pain caused by spinal nerve root irritation. Most commonly, patients with degenerative disc disorders, bulging or herniated discs (slipped disc), degenerative disc disease and chronic stiffness in the lower back are candidates for treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
Depending on condition, patients may require 10-30 sessions while each session lasts between 20 to 30 minutes. Patients have a series of treatments typically spread over 4 to 6 weeks.
Is NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness yet another Traction Therapy?
No. Traction is a first-generation approach that is less effective. Spinal Decompression is the second-generation approach with better results due to its precision. Spinocare NST used in NS3 MDCSR is a third-generation approach that applies 3-Dimentional Spinal Decompression, Mobilisation and 3-Dimentional correction of spine which are very advanced. NS3 (MDCSR) also adopts chiropractic and physiotherapy approaches along with modern spinal care for higher efficacy of the program. Unlike traction which applies force and stretching of the entire muscle which may lead to pain and even ruptures, our MDCSR technique decompresses very precisely on the targeted parts only. Thanks to its highly advanced computerized continuous feedback system between computerized console and the patient’s spinal column.
How long will the effects of treatment last?
Evidence has shown that people who undergo a course of NS3 (MDCSR) spinal wellness program can see continued improvement after treatment has completed. The goal of this therapy is to relieve pain and allow segments of the spine to move freely. Improving mobility is essential to enable the body’s natural healing and maintenance mechanisms to operate more efficiently and thus give lasting improvement. Most patients could feel results within the first few treatment sessions. Although you must keep in mind that all patients are different at age, weight, severity of the problem and other underlying pathophysiology conditions. Severity of the injury plays a large role in how quickly they may feel relief. Herniated discs generally respond within 10-20 sessions, while patients with degenerated discs may need ongoing therapy at regulated intervals to remain pain free. Still other patients, due to lifestyle or occupation, may also require maintenance therapy. Patients with posterior facet syndromes may achieve complete remission with 10 or fewer sessions. Research has demonstrated that most patients achieve full remission from pain after the initial treatment regimen.
Will I feel any pain during or after treatment?
The secondary objective of the treatment program is to make the treatment process as comfortable as possible. Patients do not typically feel any/ much pain during treatment; most are very relaxed and some even go to sleep. Patients can experience temporary uneasiness, soreness following treatment since muscles which have not been used are being worked in a new way. Cold packs are used to relieve soreness which usually passes as treatment develops and the body adapts.
I have had surgery on my back in the past. Could I still be a possible candidate for this therapy?
Patients who have had surgery can have treatment, provided that the surgical procedure was not within the previous six months (to allow for complete healing) and there are no surgical implants.
Is there an upper age limit to having these spinal therapies?
There is no upper age limit to having our therapy programs and many senior patients enjoy good outcomes with treatment. Treatment is adjusted according to the condition of the person being treated.
Are there any side effects to the treatments? What is its success rate?
Most patients do not experience any adverse side effects from undergoing NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program and other treatments offered. The methods used in NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program has undergone extensive clinical testing and has achieved substantial rates. Thousands of satisfied patients have been successfully treated with NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program. The success rate is around 93% when given as a package of treatment programs.
Can NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program treat a whiplash injury?
Yes, NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program is an effective treatment for whiplash injury pain. Whiplash injuries affect the alignment of the cervical spine, placing pressure on nearby nerves. NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program helps to restore correct alignment to the cervical spine, alleviating this compression for long-lasting pain relief. Spinal decompression therapy also treats low back pain, sciatica, and other chronic pain conditions.
Does Insurance cover NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program and other spinal wellness programs that are offered?
Varies from each country. Few countries offer insurance coverage, but few don’t.
Do most patients receive therapy and rehabilitative exercises in addition to NS3 MDCSR spinal wellness program?
Yes. Our programs shall be given individually on modality basis. But we prefer it to be given as a combinational package along with very advanced spinal decompression because it works more effectively in combination than individual, in our experience. To reduce inflammation and assist the healing process, the supporting structures shall be treated with passive therapies (cold/heat/muscle stimulation), chiropractic adjustments (as indicated) and/or active rehabilitation in order to strengthen the spinal musculature.
What benefits I may experience?
1. relief from neck and back pain 2. increases flexibility 3. improves mobility 4. slow the effects of gravity 5. improves postural stability

Spinal Decompression Therapy and other spinal wellness combinational therapies offered in NS3 MDCSR Programs may save many people from spinal surgery, if treated on time. According to a recent study in the Journal of the American Medical Association, surgery is no more effective than non-invasive treatments or NOT THE ONLY effective solution for spinal problems. Other Non-surgical approach includes spinal decompression, physiotherapy or chiropractic care for patients with lumbar disc herniation causing sciatica. Spinal decompression is extremely safe, FDA cleared, affordable, and very effective for many conditions such as back, neck, arm, and leg pain.
